Intellectual Property:

4.2 Client Content: The client is responsible for
ensuring they have the necessary rights or
permissions to use any content provided to [GYL
DIGITAL SOLUTION PVT .LTD] for the purpose of
delivering the services. The client grants [GYL
DIGITAL SOLUTION PVT .LTD] a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and
distribute the client’s content solely for the purpose
of providing the services.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of
any non-public information received from the other
party during the term of this Agreement. This
includes any proprietary or sensitive information
related to the business operations, strategies, or
customers of either party.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [GYL
DIGITAL SOLUTION PVT .LTD] shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive
damages arising out of or in connection with the use
of our services, including but not limited to lost
profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement upon
written notice to the other party. Termination does
not relieve the client’s obligation to pay any
outstanding fees or expenses incurred before the
termination date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any
disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement
shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If
the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be
submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with
